Writing Horizon Scan reports

Primary Reports are compiled on priority technologies, outlining the details of the technology, advantages over existing technology, the patient group and use, the importance and previous research. We identify the research questions, as well as the expected outcomes. Reports are concise (3-4 pages), providing an overview of the current available evidence and assessing the requirements for the delivery of the technology into practice. The reports are evaluated by a panel of experts and are published on our website. They are also disseminated to the NIHR Health Technology Assessment Programme (HTA), the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and commissioners.

We collaborate with various people and organisations in writing these reports and are always interested in new topics.
